Do you have any idea what kind of design you want?
You can put that 8 point cage in for 800 bones and it'll do just fine. If you want to come back later, hack the back off and add tube you can but it'll keep your head safe in the mean time...

1.75 x .120 wall weighs 2.09lbs a foot so it should weigh around 334lbs
i agree t&j's cage is a well thought out kit and fits great, its the best fitting cage i personally have ever seen.
