does anyone know if the rockauto flare's come with mounting hardware? my mounting hardware rusted away, and i'm wanting to get some flares back on.

my budget is under 200 to do all 4. so if anyone knows of aftermarket flare in that range, i would apreciate it.

None of the eBay flares I saw, specifically said they came with mounting hardware. I was hoping someone here had bought a set and knew. I have my old flares, although they are faded and scuffed up.

Or if anyone knows where I can get a set of all 4 stock or aftermarket flares with hardware. Jeep is a 1998 4door xj.

I was thinking about some for my GC also, then I looked on EBay. Only set under $200 was from POLAND!! REALLY??? POLAND??? I don't think so!!

 

what is the difference for 1964-1996, will they fit on my 98 4door?
