reuse upper control arms
I have a question I within last year bought rock krawler adjustable upper control arms but now I am considering a long arm kit for my jeep and was wondering would I be able to reuse the the arms and just buy lower long arms and crossmember?

It depends on the set up. With a 3 or 4 link no. You want the upper arm(s) to be about the same length as lower. With a radius arm set up where the uppers are attached to the lowers you might be able to use them if they are short enough.
Your best bet is to sell the uppers and buy yo self the rock krawler 3 link

I'm a fan of the rock krawler 3 link cuz that's what I'm running and it has been working out awesome. There are lots of other good options for long arms tho

I would wait and see what you do need before making a decision on them. If they are still in good shape you should be able to get much of your money back out of them.
Good luck when it comes to you future long arm upgrade.
