Default Replacement bushings for aftermarket upper adjustable control arms

Not sure if someone made these them self or if they were bought from a store but there is no brand name on them. These need new bushings and I am having a hard time finding some.

The hole on the control arm is 1" and the flange diameter of the old bushing is 1.5". The center metal sleeve that goes inside the bushing is 5/8" OD and 3/8" ID with a total length of 1.75". The length of the bushing that goes inside the opening is 1.5" total. If I find a 2 piece set then each one would be .75". Hope this makes sense to all who read it.

Here is the link that has a picture of them on it.

If you check out energy suspension, daystar you should be able to find what you are looking for. if the website is difficult you can always call them with the measurements.

I looked there. I could not find what I was looking for. They had some that were close but I would have to modify them a bit to get them to fit.

You would not think it would be that difficult to find bushings

Sorry not much help there. Some of the companys make their own some have them made by the poly company i cant tell what kind they are but if you can find some the right diameter but maybe are longer or deeper you can just trim them down until they fit. I have done that a few times with some spare ones i have saved over the years. The metal sleeves should be easy enough to figure out. No help from the seller on brand?

I figured as much there are only a few companies that make them. Just a little leg work.

Hope you didn't think I was banging on you. Just having trouble finding the bushings. I can find some that are slightly over an inch and slightly under and inch. The hole measures an inch exactly. Not sure which way to go. I can trim them down if they are too long. That is no problem. I just am not set up to mill down the diameter of them.

I will check with Daystar again. I have found them close but not an exact fit. I'll get it figured out

You could go down the list of vendors and see who is the closest in diameter. Skyjacker, superlift, rancho, tera flex, etc, etc. Just take some time to check with them. I would go over size instead of under dont want any play in the bushing.

Thats what I was wondering. If I went with the slightly larger one, would that be better? But then I wondered if it would pinch up the hole the metal sleeve went through making it difficult to get the sleeve in.

Speaking of sleeves, if the new bushing kit does not come with some, where would I find those?

Which ever company you find that works best should have sleeves. they may be longer as well so you would need to cut them down. or take the bolt you are using to hardware store and find some tubing that will fit the bushing side and the bolt slides through but not super loose.

This is the closest I can find, part number 2046. They will need some slight modding but I think I can make them work. They don't come with the metal sleeves. Where can I find those at?
