I have a RC 4.5 lift with new leafs ( mine were sagging pretty bad ) anyways something keeps hitting in the back passenger and the only thing I would guess would be the old shackles ??? Any ideas this was my first lift so I'm still learning

you might be right. the shackles hitting the undercarrage due to the springs being so stiff. over time they will soften and clear up the issue. try tighten the top bolt of the shckle just a hair more to limit as much movement and put the "hit" on the spring.

Make sure that it is the shackle hitting the Cherokee and not the shackle hitting the exhaust. The exhaust can be rerouted so this doesn't happen.

No it's not hitting exhaust and it seems to lessin the more I drive it but when I hit a good bump it still makes some good noise I can't get I clear pic of it because it's dark I'll put one on in the morning but would getting new shackels slove this ?? Because it's only in the back right that's why I'm confused
