Default Removing lift questions

Another question guys. I am looking to remove some of the jacked up lift the previous owner put on.

This pic shows how the shackle currently sets.

This next image shows the lift block that is currently under leaf springs.

By removing that block, which is 3" or so, will my shackle angle be better?

Shouldn't have any affect on shackle angle, but please, get them out regardless.

They are definitely gonna go. I don't like them. Guess I will build or buy some shackle relocation brackets.

Using the info from this post http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=912893 I basically have 6.75" in the front and 6.25" in the rear. With 3" blocks in the rear and 2.5" spacers in the front I am thinking that the rear leafs have settled some. Y'all think I should replace them with bastard packs?
