Default Relocate washer fluid res.

Pulled my washer reservoir when I installed the snorkel a few month's back. Now I'm missed having washer fluid. Where is a good place to relocate this too. I have a 2000 xj with the skinny reservoir the sits at the driver's side fender. Thank's ya'll.

You could get a tank from an earlier XJ. Then try to find a spot for it in the engine bay.

Can I reuse my stock tank? And what about the connections that go into it. Will they fit on a different year?

The lines for fluid should fit. The wiring, if it doesn't plug right in should just be two wires. Splice em in.

Your stock tank would work, I just doubt you'd find a place to fit it. It's oddly shaped iirc.

Older xjs have reservoir tanks inside the engine bay, u could get that and put it near passenger side of the bay, wire in the pumps and reroute the hoses.

This is what I did with my 99. I had to lengthen the wires for the pumps but that wasn't too hard. I just pulled the wires out of the loom and had them exit a little earlier then before.

Hay... When the wife says... "Ok, you can get a Jeep but you have to let me pick the colour." So, you do a test painting where people won't see it. Too bad she liked the colour and now I have to paint the rest of the jeep to match.

What year is that reservoir from, 94-96? I need to do this, a spray bottle isn't cutting it in this wintery weather.

Great I dea. I just picked up a 96 res. no question is I see my stock 99 has two pumps but the res has room for only one. What did you do to make both fit?

Default Stock location sucks

It also sucks when one is installing fender flares. My buddy was helping me install some and I didn't think to warn him. His face when his drilling through the sheet metal was promptly followed by liquid gushing out was priceless. Any update on the multiple pump thing?
