Im going to have to be the one to say it I guess, but if you dont know what you need to regear are you sure that you are up to the task of properly setting up a gear pattern?

Regearing is not for the faint of heart or the inexperienced. It's one of those jobs best left up to people with experience setting up gears professionally.

That said you'll at minimum need an install kit (w/ new bearings & seals), new diff fluid, and a new gasket of some sort.

Tools you would need a dial type in-lb torque wrench, a regular ft-lb torque wrench, and any special adjuster tools (depending on the axle). You also may need a bearing press , mockup bearings, and gear marking paste.

you will need an 'open' carrier also if your stock one is a LSD I believe.

You'll need to know if you have a LP dana30 or a HP dana30. If its a high pinion you need reverse cut gears if low pinion then regular cut gears. You'll also need a new carrier up front, lube locker and a master rebuild kit.

For the 8.25 you'll need a master rebuild kit, lube locker and a ring and pinion set.

I recommend 4.56 for your current setup but if you want to go bigger later on 4.88 is common for running 35's

You might as well consider upgrading your diff covers.

Talk to Rwkhaus for pricing.

Glad Im not the only one that uses mock up bearings to set up gears.
If you are doing a dana rear/front I would recommend some way to spread the housing danas can be a bizatch to set up without a case spreader. Im gathering the material to build one.

Case spreaders are for people who don't
have a 10# two jaw slide hammer. Grab the carrier and one whack with the slide will pop it out. MUCH faster than a case spreader.
