Is there any way to change the gear ratio of 4Lo? I'd like something like a 1:6 ratio- as low as will fit in there. Can anyone recommend a regear kit if there is such a thing?

There is a Tera low kit that will give you a 4 to 1 ratio, and you can install a doubler that can get you down to 5 something to 10 something to 1 depending on which transfer cases you use.
I can't think of anyway to do a 1 to 6 overdrive unit in a transfer case.

You can install a Tera low but for a few hundred dollars more why waste your time with a weak chain driven case when you can buy a atlas 2 that is gear driven or build a bombproof d300 for the same kind of money
