Rear view mirror mod?

Has anyone ever replaced the oem rear view mirror with an electronic one that displays temp and or direction?

I did the compass/temp mirror on my Jeep when I first got it. Wish I would have gotten the HomeLink mirror, but it is pricey so instead I did the HomeLink universal transmitter($20) installed in the sun visor. Just did that mod a couple of weeks ago. Looks totally stock!
