rear passenger door only opens from inside. how do i fix it?

ive got a 1995 xj and my rear passenger door only opens from the inside. im a new member and this is my first jeep, but def not the last. any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks

Remove the door panel and find the piece of linkage in the door that has the broken plastic clip on it.
