i stepped up to 29 shafts after that.

yes disc are cleaner easier to work but a big headache getting there.

i have not found them to work better. Took me about 2 years to collect the disc parts finally got them on and was like they still suck.
I totally disagree. The disc conversion was not only one of the best mods I've ever done, but one of the easiest to boot. Had all the parts I couldn't get immediately out of the gate (Thanks BigDavid) and then bought what I felt needed to be new outright. Very straightforward mod with zero problems, running great to this day. Yes, even the ebrake cables...when done properly it is one of the best mods you can do, hands down. They work just as well, if not better, and further maintenance is a breeze.

Its cool seeing different opinions on this.

I did the disc brakes mostly because this forumn suckerd me in. One of those gota do things. do they work better sure do they hold the wheel on in a emergency yes.

Are they for everyone certainly not. Are they for me possibly since im prone to break axles. For braking benifit alone, no.

Wj over the knuckle steering has been my best mod. Not sure what 2nd place would go to. Probly 4.88 gears
