Pm sent. The noise has gotten worse. Upon acceleration it sounds like metal clacking together if I don't baby it.

A clutch based limited slip rear differentially will make a pop noise when going around corners if you didn't put fluid into it that has the proper additives for that differential.

This would NOT account for a clack clack clack clack clack clack.

A rear differential that has a bad/misaligned ring gear typically makes a high pitched metallic chirp kind of like a lathe.

This also would NOT account for a clack clack clack clack clack clack.

Yes just had too. Curious did you buy the rig already lifted and such. Could there be a locker in the rear?

Yes I did... It's highly doubtful that it does because it was never wheeled before I bought it (judging by the condition, lack of wheels/tires, and utter lack of dirt anywhere). That being said, its not impossible. How can I tell?

Got fed up with it. Dropped it off at Adco drive-lines in shingle springs earlier today. Will find out more in the morning.
