Rear 60 has been on. Need to find a brake line, driveshaft has to be made, and trim the rear fender to see how much I can lower the height from where its at. Been busy recently so haven't worked on it. I'm still looking for a junkyard priced front dana60. Has 3" blocks for rolling purposes. Not sure what approach to take height wise.
Also what brake line do I use. The fittings on the axle side hard lines are bigger so they don't thread onto my previous extended line.

Just make your own brake lines with the correct fittings.

I started a build thread in which I'll post any questions that come up. To finish this up, the brake lines had bubble flares. I cut the ends off and double flares them with the right fittings. I now have rear brakes.
I don't think my master cylinder or proportioning valve will work, as my pedal goes to the floor, however the jeep does stop, but not very well.

What front brakes do you have? Prop valve doesn't have anything to do with pedal feel/travel. You might still have air in the system.

also check your rear drum brake adjustment. If they are too "loose" your pedal will go to the floor.

Oh you have drums? Yea check the adjustment, it's a gear screw thing the shoes should be barely touching the drum.
