Absolutly right! This will be changed with my next garage visit. It is now made of several different parts and has to be smoothen, insolatad and straigted.

I'm not Sure how nitrous is where you are BUT here in the US the nitrous bottles that are used for automotive performance have different fittings than the medical tanks. The nitrous you
use in car has sulfur and will make you very sick. Be careful

Difficlud to say how loud it is. With cold start and ideling, you here it. 80 MPH on the highway, you will not here it anymore. depence also on your car. I have Cooper STT tires and the are n=much mor noicy then the intake. In the worst case (cold start and idel) it can be compared with the AC fan between 2&3. Don't know how to measure it better then this.

 

Here the update, and I am very happy with the resuld!
The air filter is now insulated from the filter to the manifold, just the part before the filter is remaining. No elbows anymore and the diameter has been increased by 22mm
