I put on a dropped pitman arm at 4.5". Didn't cure 100% of vibes so now have a trackbar for 4.5 - 6.5" lift to go on next

You don't need a drop pitman arm at 4.5". You need the adjustable trac bar. And to take pictures of your steering so we can advise you anything else you need.
