RC 3"Lift Leaf Packs
Check out the bushings in my RC 3" Leaf Packs that are less than a year used. Is this just crappy bushings ? Bolts were all tight and the sleeve is actually separated from the bushing. They are sending me new ones but they are on back order. I just want to make sure its not something I did. Also attached is there shackles with the shackle relocation. Think I should have gone with different shackles. Seems these will hit against the relocation bracket since they taper out to the same width. Springs looks flat to me and wondering if this is normal at rest.

I'm in the same boat. The shackles do hit, the bushings will keep going bad. They just suck. I'm getting new shackles and leaf spring when I get money/time.

Does anyone know if the rubicon spring packs are any better?

Maybe you should try putting the spring into the upper hole and see if it fixes the spring arch issue.it just seems to me that it is causing the spring to lay way past where it would normally rest, making it flat. Just an idea.. Does anyone know if the rubicon spring packs are any better?

BDS
I just removed BDS leaf packs that have been ridden hard for three years. Bushings (poly) were in excellent condition with no sign of deformation or wallowing of hole for sleeve.

From the description and specifications they seem to be well built and provide good performance. Go for it

i used to give rc the benefit of the doubt and i'm sure some of their parts are acutally quality (i'm talking about the parts themselves, their joints/bushings all fail prematurely), but like it was already stated, I'm also in the same boat. pulled the trigger this morning on new rubicon express springs. i'll give the RC shackle a try because i did not have issues with them, but I know it'll eventually happen

Well I have a new set of RC on the way. Going to sell them new and sell the set I have on there now, which will need new bushings, and then try the IRO ones I linked.
