Your ride is stiff for 2 reasons,
I can tell you as a former 4 Wheep Parts employee, The Procomp Springs are Stiff as hell ! and Rancho shocks are on the stiff side also. Switching to Bilstein 5100's may help a little but then you will still have those harsh riding not so flexy springs in there
