I have a Champion radiator with the stock fans and it was 108 today and mine ran at 210 , But I do have a high volume water pump , Still have not put hood vents in but I'm thinking about it .

I am running a Spectra factory replacement radiator, 4 cly XJ fan clutch, 180* thermostat, fan shroud in place and I don't have any overheating issues at all, temp stays around 200 on a 95* day with the AC on, no problems on the trail either. I have a winch on mine as well. People often spend a bunch of money on a "upgraded" radiator and electric fan system only to find out that they have overheating issues after they have installed it, a properly working factory system with the minor upgrades I mentioned are all that's needed 99% of the time, if your overheating with the factory system then something in that system isn't working correctly.

I've been looking for a better engine fan maybe a plastic one that would pull more air and maybe modify the fan shroud to mach the fan .

Well today was a good day,I swapped the 2-core champion radiator and triple fan setup for a brand new stock radiator, factory shroud ,factory aux fan and oem spec clutch with 7 blade oem fan and thermostat, ran out to sand dunes and played for about 30-40 minutes with ac on full blast and never saw over 210,actually my ac temps are down almost 10 degrees as well. Thanks for the advice and I’m glad I didn’t keep chasing my tail trying to make this other setup work.

I am choosing to upgrade the cooling system since it's still the original radiator I will be putting the ZJ fan clutch in as well as good vents. As far as a radiator should I stick with a OEM replacement and of not then what should I upgrade too?
I just did both a mishimoto radiator and a jeep cherokee fan clutch and my temperature came back to normal level. I plan to do a flowkooler pump next because because when i got hot i think i smoked the bearing in the stock one.

Here is the video i made of the install:
