Default Proper door removal

Hey everyone got a 99 xj and I'm lookin to take all 4 doors off but do it the right way with drop in wrangler style pins. I know there's a million people that have done em pictures would be awesome if possible thanks

Ignore the half-door part, and there you go! I haven't done it, but he seems pretty thorough with it.

That video is for 84-96 jeeps. His jeep is a 99, so the hinges are completely different. Therefore that video is useless to him. Lol

I did it on my 98, Its really not hard if you have a welder.

Is Thier anyway to make half doors or go doorless and not have them sag at all when the full door is pit back on? 2000 jeep xj

Mine sags a bit, but that could be fixed with a 3/8th inch bushing in the hinge. I don't care enough to add one lol. Door shuts fine

No, I do not have to lift the door to close it. I cut the hinges of and welded grade 8 hardware on the door. Note: Make the top pin is shorter, so when you lift the door it will clear the fender.
