Default Prop valve leaking after disc conversion

Did the rear disc brake conversion, everything went fine (both rear hardlines twisted off, bleeder screws were shot, had to torch 3 lug nuts to remove tires) and now I'm ready to bleed the brakes and get the Jeep back on the road. I swapped the internals on the prop valve from the donor, and now fluid is leaking out the front of the prop valve.

Where did I up? I used the spring and plunger thingy from donor, cap and rubber piece from my XJ. It's a '97 SE, C8.25 rear end.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I've been imposing on my uncle and using his pole barn, "the one day job" has taken me a week and still incomplete.

why did you swap the internals? the ZJ prop valve bolts right in after swapping the rear fitting.

Most of the write ups suggest swapping internals; and it was simpler than trying to remove my prop valve, take the brackets off both prop valves, and installing the new one.

well it seems that method didnt work out for you. took me 20 minutes + time to bleed brakes to swap the whole prop valve out when i did mine. you dont need the bracket.
