When i talked to a dealer they wanted to know how much extra weight i had on the Jeep, what i might be doing with it.
They don't have a standard lift because different Jeeps do different things.
I would talk to a dealer, or go with medium duty, i heard they lift a little more.
Shoot for a 2" spring, front and back, if you get more, i wouldn't worry about vibes.
Also, look into shims for the rear leafs instead of a tc drop, you can correct the angles without compromising lift height and causing issues with shift linkages.
