No sorry. Just quickly though. You have to cut your exhaust before the pre muffler. Run it straight back into your new 3.5" thick muffler keeping it no more than an inch below the under body within the body rails. After the muffler the stock pipe can be used.
For added clearance you can clock your transfer case with a clocking jig.
Then I used a 10" wide c channel in place of the existing cross member. You can bolt or weld the c channel in between the frame rails. This will raise your tranny a 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
You have to notch out the c channel for the drive shafts and exhaust. Also the transmission pan. Its a tight fit.
Also while you are at it buy a new tranny mount.
After its back together you can plate the bottom for added protection. I have this to do yet.

here's the jig I'm using for my flat belly. works only for Aw4. http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...tegory_Code=UP
but a flat belly was way far down the list of necessary items for rock crawling, if you can make a tcase skid and beef your factory xmember you'll be fine. when I finally got into deep enough rocks for a belly pan, I was already on 35's locked/locked. sure if you can figure it out it's a great mod. but theres a couple other things I'd have on my list first
as for the SYE, it's not just for vibes. that factory tail cone is WEAK. and prone to leaking. doesn't happen for everyone, but it's high on my list for peace of mind. plus the biggest perk is you get to run matching drivelines front and rear. I don't need to tell you why this is beneficial
I don't know the difference between the tera SYE and others, other than it says it's 50% stronger. I can't imagine their being any issue with running it. but I always like to call the company and have them calm my concerns. just call and ask if it can be used just fine without teralow 4:1. I'm sure they'll say it's fine

now to touch on the adjustable track bar. it's important to have this for the double shear, heavy duty bracket, and the added strength. you'd have to be crazy to trust the factory track bar offroad. my rubicon express track bar never came loose and didn't wear out after a year of rough abuse. it's another peace of mind upgrade. the last thing you want to think about when you're far from home on the trail is your track bar

Well that looks like a pretty easy solution to make up some clearance. I might just go ahead and clock it while I'm doing the SYE. Damn it, spending money don't stop.

On the track bar this is not to argue. But my stock one has been on at least 60 wheeling trips. Which is more than a lot of jeeps see in their lifetime. I drilled the lower bar and mount out to accept a half inch hardened bolt. Never the slightest problems. And while not in the terrain you are, its not been wheeled easy or lightly.
yeah I'm thinking about renting mine out to the locals once I'm done with it lol

I don't do anything too extreme either seeing how it's my daily and I have to drive 4 hours to get to anything worth while or slightly impressive which is uwharrie but I definitely want to be capable. I happened to find an RE adjustable track bar local today for $30. Guess that went to number 1 since it was so cheap.
I've seen the few things you've posted up. what you do is very light wheeling (there may be more gnarly stuff you've done but I never saw it posted up). I know plenty of people run the re-drilled setup on this site but for me, a double shear track bar it's non-negotiable

You know I am messing with you. But you will have to trust me on this one. And to be 100% honest. This whole conversation happened while I was getting pulled out of a bottomlessness creek. LMAO
Completely serious.

I appreciate both of your input as I'm going to take into consideration any and all advice but let's not get into who's more bad ***/ who's got the biggest dick contest.
I'd win at least one of those anyway.

Thanks for being a good sport. Just for the record though I have a very small ***** and my jeep is nothing special. Just to clear a potential misconception up.
