The ground location that has been selected is actually a really good choice. Those studs that the seat bolt to run into the subframe.

I just hope thicker wire will get used.

Ah. I would still urge the use of something "beefier" like...

the rule of thumb that I personally use for grounds is use the same gauge ground or 1 gauge bigger.

you can always have a gauge of wire that is not thick enough, but you can never have a gauge of wire that is to thick ya know?

Plus the better the ground, the better the power efficiency. If you ground is to small your power wire heats up from resistance and we all know heat = energy/power which = loss in efficiency

Fail lol I said like this for a reason that was just a pic that I pulled off of google so yall could see what I was talking about since I was not sure what it was called. The wire that ill be using is 8g monster wire. I know about grounds and such and ill clean up the stud before I ground it. I will be using the same "monster wire" on both the ground and power. Thanks for looking out for me tho

I didn't know you where referring to the style and not the size. From the picture I though you where going to use that connector (which looked too small).

It's called a ring terminal connector.

Most kits come with grommets. But if not, use one already there. That's what I did. I think there is one on drivers side firewall
