I'll check the steering box and all but I highly doubt that's the problem. When I'm climbing a hill going straight up it'll pop when the tire is bouncing and moving.

Mine has some popping. It even happens when I jump in the car, or back out of my driveway. Mine is the upper control arm bushings. Since they are pressed in, I will just wait until I can afford some nice heavy duty replacement control arms.
I know this may sound dumb, but are your bump stops catching the coil springs at all when you're offroad? If you're still running stock LCA's after lifting it your axle is pulled back slightly and this could allow the bump stops to make contact with the spring. Sometimes it's the dumbest things.
Anyway, check the steering box brace - always a good idea to upgrade to JCR's like others said, check your axle shaft u-joints as well.

This is what was happening to mine. I'd go offroad and when the driver side compressed, the bump stop was touching the coil. as the spring expanded, the bump stop would hit a couple of the coil rungs and make a "pop" sound. Like I said, sounds stupid, but sometimes it's the dumbest things that simplest to fix. The correct length LCA's fixed it for me.
