poly bushings
Ok, never put in a set of Polly bushings. Do i have to try to get the rubber out of the sleeve, or do i press the whole sleeve out and put the bushing right into the spring eye?

Ok, didn't want to wait. Figured it would be very hard to get just the rubber out, so i took the bfh to it and beat the whole thing out. Fits perfectly into the spring eye do i need to grease these things before i put them in? Seems like they might squeak a bit if i don't.

Ended up using white lithium. It films well and is water resistant. Did a little research and says it is safe for plastics. Probably going to use anti seize inside the sleeve so the freakin bolts don't stick.
