any one ever install poly bushings in rustys after market control arms?

I've done poly bushings in a number of other vehicles.

Poly tends to stiffen up suspension (vice OEM EPDM bushings,) but that's stiffness you can actually feel - you're going to feel the road a lot more and you'll notice more. I don't mind - I actually rather like it, but I've never liked mushy suspensions.

I only say this to warn you - in case you don't like feeling the road (I also like a little engine noise, reminds me the thing's running when I'm at a light. Not so much as to be stupid, just a little rumble. Kinda the same thing as when I'm humming or singing to myself - it just lets me know everything's running four-oh, thank you very much.)
