So i installed my IRO H'nT SYE with remanufactured front DS last week and i have noticed significantly less vibrations. My question is, why am i still getting vibes around 60 MPH. Also i have a sort of clunking noise around 5MPH when not on the pedal. I am guessing that what i need to fix this problem is some shims to fix my pinion angle, is that correct?

Yep. ROtate it up. Pinion should be right in line with your drive shaft. That should fix vibrations. Dont know what the clunking is for sure though.

Same exact thing happened to me. I ended up using 6 degree shims to get my pinion angle GTG. I am on a Zone 5.5" AAl/Bastard pack Hybrid though.
I say but 2* and 4*. That way both are on hand. You don't want to go through all the work with one and have to do it again another day.
