Default Passenger side front wheel has negative camber

Hopefully I am doing this right.. I've never posted in the official Cherokee Forum I always used reddit. My front tires are out of alignment which is obvious from the inside wear of the tores. I'll be getting done by a shop soon. My main concern is my passenger side front wheel has a little bit of negative camber to it. As far as I can tell the axle and C's are not bent. I feel like this would be a ball joint issue but after jacking the front up and shaking the wheels they seem solid. What makes me think the ball joints are bad is shaking around 60 to 65mph, and a slight clunk that sometimes happen when I turn.

It's a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4wd with the 4.0
it has a 3 inch RC lift on 31 inch tires.

If anyone has any suggestions or a clue as to what it could be or what I can do to fix this, it wouldnbe greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the knuckle is bent or the whole axle tube.

Or the ball joints are totally trashed

I have/had a similar issue. '01 Cherokee front wheels were in at the top. Took it to Belle Tire. They said ball joints were OK. I was told a bearing on passenger side was bad, contributing to that side's issue. It also made a noise while driving. An alignment was also done and that corrected some of the issue. My steering wheel wasn't straight and they fixed that too. it rides better but still has some of the camber issue. Was told that parts are worn and even after the work was done it is as good as it will get.
