So what gears are in my front d30? Stock. I have an 8.25 rear. Also if I wanted to run 31's and 4.10's do. I put 4.10's in the front too? In other words does front and rear have matched gearing. I'm an auto aw4.

No. It's a low pinion axle that will require a lot modifications to install under a Cherokee. Not worth the time and money.
The Rubi d44 is a direct swap with no mods needed. not my favorite either...but you asked about an easy swap, and you can't any easier than this one.
Now if you want to install a beefier axle, the Ford HP (D44) with welded on wedges is the one you want. Narrowed down to GW width it's a great upgrade for strength and clearance. Not cheap, but it's the best D44 upgrade going.
