So....got my 97 xj almost a year ago and its finally time to lift it. Im working on a tight budget. I was thinking about going with rustys 2 inch coil springs and 2 inch shackles or I saw fat bobs had a kit that was 2 inch coils and shackles.....my question is will I need anything as far as new sway bar links? The kit is literally just springs and shackles. Trying to avoid problems before im elbow deep in the job. Also....I saw a lot of smaller lifts use coil spacers? Do these work well? They seem kinda janky to me....thats why I was trying to avoid them.
