Non-HO to HO Swap

Non-HO to HO Swap
Well I have to do something with the engine in the ugly duck and I am getting a complete 4L HO from a 91 (- accessories) from my local salvage yard. I am told that the long block will bolt right into place of my nonHO using my intake.
Will this work? What does it take? Has anyone done this, and how did it turn out?
Can I somehow use the intake and TB from the 91 without changing the harness and ECM?
Will the Injectors and Fuel Rail fit into and work on the 89 intake?
Any and All info I can get is greatly appreciated.
