Was the trackbar dropped to inspect bushings/joints?
In the first picture, it looks like there is some frame-rail damage on driver side. Like the rail has been bent upwards and twisted.
Im not trying to jack the thread but i had death wobble and ended up spending like 700$ to fix it for like 2 months it was fine. and now i have wobble creeping up again on me i think. i get a shimmy from like 53-58. anybody have tips on this?

Well everyone's problem is slightly different. Check torque on all suspension bolts. If it is slowly creeping up then it is probably something coming loose or it has been masked by the steering stabilizer which is now going bad. Could just replace that but it will creep up again if that is what you do.
Otherwise I would start a new thread that way people can be specific to your situation.

A shimmy at those speeds could easily be a tire issue. Out of round, broken band inside carcass, etc.
It would be helpful to us to post the shops diagnoses and what they replaced.
Do the UCA at the frame look normal for adjustable UCAs?
Also I was yanking on things some more and I seem to have a tiny amount of movement on the track bar heim joint front to back not up and down or side to side. Is that a problem?
Taking someone else's work and figuring out what is right and wrong seems harder than taking stock and doing it right.
I do have a full set of bushings on the way. Some look fine (to me) others look non-existent.

Axle side upper control arm bracket for the passenger looks folded/bent. Upper axle side bushings look spanked. Looks like you are still sitting on a coil spacer rather than a isolater between the coil and the body side. your trac bar angle and steering setup is kind of creepy I'm glad you dont live close to me.

Ok so from fast googling it looks like stock isolater is 3/4" and that is about what I have on there now.

The bend has already been mentioned. It looks like from the other side it is kind of a triangle base looks like where there is supposed to bend got pushed in a little more. I'll get it bent out and weld some reinforcement in there. I don't think that is my wobble cause though.

Bushings got here today so that is the project for this weekend.

Not my DD and only take it out to test drive after I try each thing. As far as creepy what do you mean? Only thing I see is it looks like they aren't perfectly parallel. Or are you referring to the amount of lift on stock steering? I think it looks much better than the first picture before I remove the 2" spacer.
3.5"-4" springs are still in my plans. I just really want to fix this death wobble before I do that and I don't think it is caused by my 5.5" springs right now. Unless someone gives me a reason to think otherwise that is.
Any thoughts or advice until the bushings get swapped? Or something else I should do while I am there?
Have you tried rotating the tires around to see if it helps ? Don't weld on that mount after you put the new bushing in.
Did this. I didn't think it was my problem because I had them balanced and nothing was mentioned... But it did seem to fix the problem. Actually I now have some wobble/vibration at the same speeds but not as bad and coming through the body not the steering. So that would tell me that they are still doing it just in the back now.
Still glad I did the steering. Still need to do the bushings. Feeling a lot better about things now though.
