Thanx everyone for the help, I will be attending the Quadratec show this weekend since I live near by, hope to get some good deals on things.
i had the death wobble after i installed my 6.5 lift. alignment helped out huge. adjustable control arms had to be at certain lengths and adjustable trac bar also. u can measure from the frame to inside of wheel to make sure each side is even to better align the adjustable trac bar.

If you bought the jeep with the lift and its giving you DW, there are many other factors to consider.
First is the alignment. Do everything you are going to do and get an alignment.
TRE's could be bad, this was causing my DW when my jeep was at stock height. Could be ball joints, the track bar, tires not balanced. Lots of things.
after your new arms and an alignment, then i would start to look into the other options if it still persists.

another thing that helped me with the front end ride quality is upgrading the steering stablizer ($30 pro comp brand) easy to install, and the control arm drop kit to reduce the angle of the control arms ($189 rough country)

I do have a steering stabilizer form Rancho i think its called, looks beefy. The Uball joints and TRE I think do need to be replaced also but we are waiting too see how it feels first, like I mentioned I am limited in funds. I do want to replace the track bar and I need to look into the tansfercase drop. Where do I find out about that TC drop and about how much is that?

Huge PTA with the springs on, thats why we didn't do it plus I had to go to work too. Do you know if you need special spring compressors for aftermarket lift springs?

rustys has a good deal on a tc drop kit... they reccomend a 3 degree axle shim with a 3 inch lift .. im having to install a set in my rig due to driveline vibration..
also make sure you check your front hub bearings.. pull the brake rotor off and loosen the axle nut completely... mine has a bad dw at 50-60 mph ..
change it out and i havent had a problem since

To anyone still keeping up with this thing, the XJ is still alive and kicking but for every 3 steps forward something always comes up. the control arms are on but the front driveshaft in missing some end cap thing and then my darn sway bar is missing the mounting even though I just got done buying some JKS quick diskos. I drove it for a bit, my god the gas mileage is the worse lol. Also did an oil change and tune up on her and got some new headlights that are supposed to be brighter.
