Exclamation New problem!!!!

So yesterday i started cutting the wires to my rear doors so i would be able to take them off. I put some connectors from home depot on the wires so i could just be able to unplug the doors in the future. it started raining in the middle of me putting them in and some rain water got inside of the jeep. Well i done that and everything worked out great. Well i went outside this morning to crank the jeep up to move it and the battery was dead so i put the battery charcher on it thinking i left my lights on or something but nothing was turned on off anything. Well after i had the charger on for a while i went to try and crank it and it was worst, it wouldnt even spin the starter over of start the fuel pump. wht could be the problem?????

Check all of your fuses, you probably touched some wires together and blew them
