New headlight problems

New headlight problems
99 XJ 4.0L
So to start, my blinkers have intermittently not worked for the last month or so. Tonight I installed a pair of AutoPal headlights with a new headlight harness and new 100/55W bulbs.
Headlights work, however If i flip on the high beams, they don't turn off until I turn the headlights off with the headlight switch. Once I turn the headlights back on the low beam is on again. Now my blinkers do not work anymore either?
I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence or if I need a multifunction switch/flasher relay? Please help me diagnose this, thank you!

I figured it out! For the brights staying on that's due to the factory dog lights. I don't use mine away so I pulled the relay and far and the he'd lights work as they should. As for the blinkers, it appears to be the flasher relay under the left side of the dash needs replaced.
