My driveshaft needs to be replaced and I was wondering if I just can buy the driveshaft as I already have the front u joints or do I need to buy anything else with the driveshaft

Well there was this knocking and I was told its the u joints, so I bought some went to get them switched out and they guy at the shop said the whole front driveshaft needs to be rebuilt and they want like $700. So I was just going to buy one I found for $540.

 

$700 to rebuild a drive shaft? Check somewhere else.

Mine was 250. You can buy brand new custom made drive shafts with warranty for 400
