I think my average was just between 16-17. I'm super happy with the swap so far. Next I'm looking to do the 99+ intake for some better low end throttle

I'm gonna have to pick up some of these after reading so many good things.

They're plug and play correct? How much are these running you folks?

Would it be worth it to go to a junk yard and get the 703s? If so which years have which? I just want to be sure I get the right thing.

I bought mine off of a member on here. $60 cleaned and shipped. I bought the o rings and threw them in. Love the difference. My mileage didn't get any better...city wise. Highway though 20-22. Don't do much highway though. Before the swap a highway trip got me 19 mpgs. And that's 60 mph the whole way. Being really easy. Last trip I took was probably 75-80 percent highway the tank....got 21.6 or so. But that was 65-70. So I'm happy. Best mod yet for me. Lift should be very soon.

Do your research on here. There's only two different neon injectors. Or so to say. I bought mine off of a member on here. Couldn't be happier. I don't have a pick in pull near me. And the local junk yard wanted more for the injectors than on here. Plus the member I got them off of said they were cleaned. So I just bought o rings and swapped them in. Best mod yet. Although lift is very close to going on....

I tried posting this 2 times and it keeps coming out small. Hopefully you can make out years and models.

according to this it says if you use ford injectors and up the rail pressure then all of the benefits are magnified. if you upped the pressure with the neon injectors would you get the same benefits as the ford injectors with upped pressure?

Since this is related and mentioned here... How do you up the rail pressure?

With an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Be forewarned: this is not something to toy with. Higher rail pressure can cause overfueling at idle and emissions testing failure.

To prove it to yourself, let your Jeep idle and pull the vacuum line off the regulator which allows the fuel pressure to jump about 8 PSI. See what happens to idle quality.

The 4 disc injector upgrade is desirable for sure since the early injectors are known to leak fuel externally. If you want to eliminate any guesswork in obtaining the correct ones and you want injectors that have been rebuilt, flow-matched, are guaranteed for life, come with new o-rings and mailed to your door for about $100, contact www.precisionautoinjectors.com.
