Default Needing snorkel help please

I just bought a snorkel setup from a guy. It is made out of 3" pvc and I am needing help on how to install it and where to route it through the fender on my 99 jeep Cherokee xj and what to use to cut it out. Any help will be appreciated. Pictures are welcome.

My buddy just made a diy snorkel. He went to lowes and bought a piece that fit snug on the front of the oem air box and had a 3" hole on the front that he used some of that "accordion" hose to run through the front fender and to the snorkel. Sorry I don't have any pics, but it might give you somewhere to start looking

On a 99 you will need to relocate your washer fluid from the fender to inside the engine bay, go to a junkyard and get a washer fluid bottle from any cherokee 96 and older and relocate the washer fluid. Then cut away.

Yeah for the price I have to go with Andrew on this purchase then try to unload the one you have on someone. Granted this isn't an ARB but doesn't cost $650 either.

And it says "JINGDINGDACHENG" on it, which is hilarious in a culturally insensitive way. If I wanted a snorkel, I would be all over that. I would go in there and paint those letters white to make that stand out.
