Default Need wiring help- power accessory and ignition

I need to hook up power for both my fog lights and my new auto dimming rear view mirror

I used to have the fogs wired into the park lights, but after it was in the shop the park lights now become part of the turn signal and do not provide constant power to my fog lights. I used to only have to turn my park lights on at least for my fogs, now I have no idea where to run the 12v lead for that. Can I run this wire to the power accessory (pic below), would that make sense? If so how do I connect the wire to this location? Would I need that little piece of metal with a hole in it that you push into the fuse? .

For the auto dimming mirror I need to run that to a fused ignition switch. I don't know where that is but I have a wire waiting under my dash with plenty of slack. I also need another wire from that ran to the back up lamp, if anyone knows where that is (and hopefully easy to tap into)

Thank!

That^ or you could piggy back a fuse with one of these...

All you need is a test light to find the fuse that controls what ever you need. there is a fuse that the dash lights use for dimming tap into that one for the mirror, and so on for the rest . But i would wire the fog lights with there own wires to the battery using a relay to the acc for power so that they cant be left on when you take out the key.

i ran both leads together to the accessory port. both work fine. i only wish the fogs worked how they did originally; when the parking lights at least were on the fogs could be on or off. of course i had to remember to turn off my lights, but with the buzzer its no problem. now ill have to operate the fogs totally independently but there is no chance of them draining the battery.

as for the rear view, it works....but id like to find that back up wire so it cuts the power when i back up- but not a huge deal. i found it in the fuse diagram but have no idea how to access that, as its not in the cluster that I photographed
