Default need some help trouble shooting

Just put a three in lift on my 99 xj its rough country with a steering stabilizer and adjustable track bar it has been aligned bt a shop and the track was put on dead center too I am getting a vibration once I hit 20 coming from the drive line and a vibration when I take my foot off the gas any input?

You need an SYE. You may be able to get by with a T-case drop but, you really should get an SYE

Check your u-joints. If they are old and used to running a the same angle they are now running on a different one and can cause vibes. Vibes due to angles that require a SYE on a 3" aren't unheard of but are rare.

SYE= Slip Yoke Eliminator.
