Need recommendations for exhaust header

Anybody ever tried the BBK? My header the PO installed was the run of the mill $100 job, worked great til I took it off during the intake swap and two gaskets in 5 months leaks. It's not lining up right on #6

I have banks on the 2000.. no problems, no leaks..

Yes it did,, real tight fit.. But the main pain in the butt was the 1 and 2 manifold bolts.
Its a pain squeezing hands up in there to get the bolts started without cross threading.
I had to do it a few times. With some swearing and yelling COME ON,,I got them in.

My knuckles paid the price

But yeah.. just south of 4 is bolt 2 then 1, pain in the butt.

missed the part earlier you were talking about the torque sequence. I agree with you, they suck. Last weekend I replaced the gasket to no luck, problem is in my header. I was able to get the intake by the locating pins without much effort already having the #2 bolt one full thread in. That's my new way to do it
