I have a 96 5spd lifted on 33's nd had the stock 3.07 gears. Then i got a 8.25 for free with 3.55 and put that in and then found a matching hp d30 to put in. That made a big difference, i also have 703 injectors too which does help. I think both are a good option for what your looking for.

Easiest way to get power back is to just go back to 225's or 235's. You knew you are towing a boat and you knew about the power loss yet you still did it. And now you're looking for a cheap way to get your power back when you should have done your research beforehand. Kind of idiotic if you ask me.

Appreciate your help. I wasn't asking for someone to criticize my decision. I still have enough power to pull my boat. And I will take the sacrifice of losing a little power for how bad *** my jeep looks now. Keep you comments to yourself.

Bored out throttle body, 703 injectors, CAI, chip, headers. Good muffler. You could regear too. Lifting a jeep shouldn't knock power done, it may add more drag but that's just burning more gas not losing power. And. 31's should be fine without regearing. Not sure what your running ill check.

Yeah I doubt you need to go as far as regearing, and nice jeep. I have the same rack. Very weak lol but cheap.that doesn't seem like a big boat either it should be able to handle it.

Thanks. Yeah and it pulls it pretty well. I'm just trying to get better MGPs too, and I know new injectors won't hurt, I just know some guys that say they really make a big difference and there only like like 60 bucks refurbed so I'm just gunna see how they do.
I've kinda taken rehearing out of the equation I don't need anything that extensive I think

And that's a sweet bumper, did you built it?

Ya I understand. Cold air wouldn't hurt at all but theres a debate on whether they do anything or not. I'm not sure but I'd be willing to try it. And no regearing would make more sense if you were lifted higher and had 33's or up. And if your talking to me about the bumper, I didn't build it. I got it off eBay for $215. Good deal! But the shipping was horrible and they completely missed a spot when they were welding the hoop on there. It's just a hole lol. But all around, ya a good bumper!

Cold Air intake works.. especially if you get free flowing exhaust to go with it. May not see much a positive gain with injectors if you have new injectors already (highly unlikely).

You'd be happy with a cold air intake, high flow cat, exhaust, and injectors. And would be under your $500 budget.. however you'll feel more of a gain by switching axles with some 3.55's. I've found stock sets of 3.55's for $200 bucks plenty of times.
