Why would the wires be going to ignition slot on fuse box then

It may have been added aftermarket and they pulled ignition power the easiest way they could.

That makes the most sense, I currently have a no power to anything issue on my 92 and I’ve narrowed it down to something in the ignition and it’s not the switch cuz it’s brand new so I traced the ign wire in the fuse box and it leads to this thing and think this could be my problem
