I got my upper shock mount bolts all out with ease except for one which had snapped. The rest came out very easy (luckily). Now as for the one that snapped i was thinking on just drilling it out and getting another bolt. What are your thoughts on this guys. I just cant justify taking my carpet out and cutting a hole in the floor to get that lil sob out. Any other suggestions?

Every spring bolt I've ever tried to remove with a impact wrench has not budged a single millimeter...food for thought.
Breaker bar is the best way. Get it to start turning out, then as you're backing it out, whenever it "squeals", turn it back in, then out a few times to clear the rust out of the threads. Otherwise you'll either a) not be able to back it out any further due to the rust clogged threads, or b) have the above happen, then snap the bolt or the welded nut in the frame.
I've successfully removed 17 out of the 18 spring bolts I've attempted in my quest for a bastard pack. All of which were the stock leafs.

Well I managed to cut out those spring bolts and the bushings today. Now I need to find a way to get that upper shock bolt out. I tried last night with an easy out and the bit broke inside the shock bolt. Now Im really scratching my head.

find a buddy that has an air chisel - absolutely the best way - just blast the captive nut free from the frame rail, and replace with new bolt/nut combo.
Drift punch will work also, but will take a lot longer / be much harder.
