In that time it has had GC steering, toe in, toe out, and dead straight to no avail. This leads me to believe that its the orientation of the axle under the jeep but as far as I can tell (and ive measured countless times) its centered and square. I'm ALMOST to the point where im just gonna start moving the front axle around till it drives straight.
It's gotta be yopur ball joints. Camber SHOULD only moves the bottom of the wheel wider or narrower but if you put the pinion at an angle then it allows for the front of the tire to move slightly narrower or wider. e.g. your toe is slightly off cause of it. maybe not measurable sitting still. if the toe is off but only towards the left, and is causing the tire to point left, it will pull left.

Adjusting the toe in may just solve the problem though.
