Mine is a con ferr rack so it's easy to add anything to it because it's flat surfaces I bought a 40" light bar and made a bracket out of aluminum that I bolted to the rack it self. Don't mind those holes in the roof lol I already welded them up.

I still haven't had any luck. Any one mount the night bar to a tubular bar such as a roof rack? What did you use?

Post a pic of your rack I want to see if I get any ideas other than welding. Although welding would be easiest and a to have a place weld some tabs it'll probably be around 30-40 bucks. At least around here.

I put mine on the redneck way lol got walmart's 4" round led lights and used hose clamps to mount them to the factory rack and wired them individually inside/outside. Used electrical tape and zip straps to keep the wires close to the rack and out of the way lol

X2 on just have 2 tabs welded on I did that on my bumper for fog lights. What I used were seat belt tabs that you weld on pre-drilled then a shot of paint ready to mount.

Default Ideas

I considered mounting a light bar to the roof rack, but I also need a wind fairing due to high-wind environment, daily driver.
So it ended up inside the stock bumper. 20"
Guess that doesn't help the topic,

I plow through brush and 6' reeds, smacked it on trees and all is well so far (no rock around here).
