Default Mounting rear light

Looking to mount this light to the rear roof of my XJ, I have the factory rack. How should I mount this? I'd rather not drill holes in the roof.

Drill holes in the roof rack. Maybe you could mount it so the light mounts under the rack, so you could still put things up there.

that's what I was thinking but the stock rack is arched and I don't think it'll sit very well

I think it will be fine. Go outside, hold the light up there, look at it, and turn your brain machine on.

We carry a variety of light mounts, some are considered "universal", but maybe one will work on the stock rack - -

No not cover the light! He can put tape over the mounts not over the entire light! but all jokes aside, bolt it to the roof rack cross section. make a shim out of a washer if its not flat enough.
