Default motor vibration issue.

Hi all..
I am a newb to this forum. I am on another cherokee forum and have not received much help there so I looked and found this one. From reading through some posts this seems to be more helpful group of guys than the other one..
anyway, I have a 98 se with a 2.5 and a 5 speed. 168000 miles. I have been trying to chase a problem for a while and am hoping to find some help. It first started with a mpg problem and has developed into more. I have a vibration in the motor. It is not in the clutch, tranny, diffs or any other component of the driveline. Motor mounts and tranny mount are fine. It is throwing no codes. it is not knocking or pinging and the motor sounds the same as it did when I bought it with 70000 miles on it.
What is new in the last two months: All sensors, new clutch, distributor cap/rotor, plugs wires, coil, fuel pressure reg. The motor has developed and increasing vibration to the point where your hands and feet will go numb. It vibrates in nuetral, in gear with clutch in or out., and the vibration increases with rpms so that when driving at any speed it is transfereing into and throughout the entire vehicle. It does not use any oil or burn any oil. coinciding with the vibration is a lack of power and what was sporadic poor fuel economy to a more constant poor fuel economy [15mpg vs 21mpg just a few tanks ago] The vibration dampner is visually ok. I just dont know where to start after chasing it this far. It is my only vehicle and I am only a couple of months back to work after a year layoff.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I have not checked the timing. It is controlled by the computer. I did replace the pickup coil thinking the timing might be an issue. Timing chain has been checked and is nice and tight.

Yes, it started right up after the clutch install. I was standing there when he buttoned her up. Again, it is in the motor.
