Is there a decent amount of clearance behind the radiator after you pulled the fan and shroud? Like I'm looking at this Crown aux fan online but I'm not really sure about its dimensions and how much space I have.

I got rid of my mech fan and run a ford taurus 2 speed fan in place of it. Aux fan is still there and I have switches for both of them

*note: taurus fan's high setting pulls alot of continuous amperage, need a relay that can handle it. I only use low and if i NEED to I'll turn on the aux fan
